TRANSPORT CHANGES

Please fill out the following form if your child’s transport arrangements have changed for today:

off the bus being collected at the church
off the bus being collected at the front gate
going home on the Bus
is your child being collected by another person (you also need to confirm this to the school)

Please note this will not be looked at after 2.00 pm, you will need to phone the school.

If another person is collecting your child, you will need to ring the school to advise the details.
